A knitted Butcher doll pattern. He reminds me of Jonesy the Butcher in Dads Army. I have not made the butcher doll but I have made others in the series, they are not difficult to knit. This would be a super gift for a butcher, or an excellent fete, fair or market item.

- 8 ply yarn
- Alter the colours to suit, or use up what you have
